Terms of Service & Policies

By booking any service with Fashion Fuse Photography, the client agrees to the following terms:

Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment. All advance and booking amounts are non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid on or before the shoot, as communicated.

Package Inclusions

Only the services mentioned in the selected package or quotation are included. Costumes, makeup, models, studio, travel, location charges, raw files and additional editing are not included unless specifically mentioned.

Shoot Timing

The booked time starts from the confirmed booking time. Late arrival will reduce the available shoot duration. Extra time will be charged separately. A maximum of 15 minutes may be provided for packing and wind-up, not for shooting.

Client Responsibility

Clients must arrive prepared with the required outfits, garments, products and accessories. Time lost due to late arrival, unprepared garments, makeup, styling or client-side delays will be counted within the booked duration.

Images & Editing

The number of edited images will be as mentioned in the package. RAW files and unedited images are not included unless confirmed in writing. Additional photographs, advanced retouching or revisions will be chargeable.

Delivery

The delivery timeline starts after full payment and final image selection. Clients must download and safely back up delivered files. We do not guarantee permanent file storage after delivery.

Creative Results

Client references are used only for inspiration. Exact poses, backgrounds, colours or results cannot be guaranteed. Fashion Fuse Photography does not guarantee modelling assignments, agency selection, business sales or social-media growth.

Copyright & Usage

Copyright remains with Fashion Fuse Photography unless transferred through a written agreement. Clients may use delivered images for the agreed personal or commercial purpose. Images cannot be sold, transferred or used by third parties without permission.

Private, maternity and boudoir images will not be published for promotional purposes without client consent.

Studio Rules

Clients are responsible for any damage caused to studio equipment, backdrops, props or property. Smoking, alcohol, illegal substances and unsafe or abusive behavior are strictly prohibited.

Parking is not available at the studio. Clients must arrange parking independently.

Right to Refuse Service

We may stop or refuse a shoot without refund in cases of non-payment, abusive behavior, safety violations, illegal activities or failure to follow studio instructions.

Third-Party Services

Models, makeup artists, stylists and other professionals may be independent service providers. Their availability is subject to confirmation, and suitable replacements may be arranged when required.

Minors

Clients below 18 years must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian or authorized adult. Parent or guardian consent is compulsory.

Limitation of Liability

In case of equipment failure, file corruption or an issue caused by us, our liability will be limited to a reshoot, service credit or refund of the amount paid for the affected service.

These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
