Cancellation Policy

• All advance and booking amounts are strictly non-refundable.
• Rescheduling is allowed only with at least 5 days’ prior notice.
• Same-day, last-minute or last-hour rescheduling is not allowed.
• Rescheduling is subject to photographer, studio and team availability.
• A booking can generally be rescheduled only once.
• Rescheduling may require payment of price differences or third-party charges.
• Cancellation or rescheduling within 5 days will result in forfeiture of the booking amount.
• No-show or late arrival does not qualify for a refund or free extension.
• If the shoot finishes early due to the client’s choice or lack of preparation, full charges will remain applicable.
• Payments made for models, makeup artists, locations, travel or other third-party services are non-refundable once confirmed.
• If Fashion Fuse Photography cancels due to an emergency, the client will receive a replacement date, service credit or refund for the affected service.
• Outdoor shoots affected by unsafe weather may be rescheduled or shifted indoors. Weather changes do not automatically qualify for a refund.

Payment of the booking amount confirms acceptance of this policy.
